Instructions for Reviewers

  1. Confidentiality: All manuscripts under review must be treated as strictly confidential documents. Reviewers must not share, discuss, or use any unpublished material for personal or professional purposes.
  2. Objectivity and Fairness: Reviews should be conducted objectively and without bias. Manuscripts must be evaluated solely on their scientific merit, regardless of the authors’ nationality, affiliation, or personal background.
  3. Scientific Evaluation: Reviewers should assess the originality, significance, methodological rigor, and clarity of the manuscript. The validity of data, results, and conclusions must be carefully examined.
  4. Constructive Feedback: Comments should be clear, precise, and constructive, helping authors improve their work. Criticism must be professional and respectful, avoiding personal remarks.
  5. Ethical Responsibility: Reviewers must identify any ethical concerns, including plagiarism, data fabrication, or redundant publication, and report them to the editorial office.
  6. Conflict of Interest: Reviewers must declare any potential conflict of interest before accepting a review assignment and decline the review if necessary.
  7. Timeliness: Reviews should be completed within the requested timeframe (typically 2–4 weeks). If unable to meet the deadline, reviewers should inform the editorial office promptly.
  8. Review Structure: The review report should include:
    • General comments on the manuscript
    • Major issues (methodology, results, interpretation)
    • Minor comments (clarity, language, formatting)
  9. Recommendation: Reviewers should provide a clear recommendation: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject, with appropriate justification.
